Located just 15 minutes from Essaouira Medina and the airport, Riad Dar Essaada is an elegant eco-lodge and wellness retreat space surrounded by peaceful argan forests and wild Atlantic landscapes.

Having spent much of my own teenage years in care, I understand first-hand that many talented individuals face additional barriers when accessing leadership and professional development opportunities. Creating accessible and inclusive spaces has always been deeply important to me, particularly for those who may have had to work harder to access environments and opportunities not always designed with them in mind.
This bursary has been created to support a care-experienced leader who would benefit from the opportunity for reflection, development, connection and rest.

Participants will be responsible for arranging and funding their own flights and airport transfers.
You can fly directly to Essaouira from the UK with Ryanair from London Stansted.
Alternatively, many participants fly into Marrakech and take the comfortable Supratours – www.supratoursbus.com executive coach to Essaouira (approximately 3 hours with WiFi and comfort stops). Around 20 Euros
